## Description

As a Data Analyst at Union One, you will play a key role in turning data into meaningful insights that drive strategic business decisions. As a Data Analyst at Union One, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that support business strategy, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making. Working closely with stakeholders across the organization, you'll help identify trends, improve reporting processes, and support data-driven initiatives., * Develop and manage databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.

 * Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
 * Design and construct SQL queries for data analysis and access.
