Technical Expertise * Experience with the following: + SDN and SD-WAN. + Configuration support for docking stations and laptops. + Zebra RF Equipment is preferred. + Thermal printers is preferred. + Fortinet solutions suite is preferred. * Extensive experience with troubleshooting Microsoft OS (Windows 7/10), OSX, Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and associated productivity tools. * Knowledge of all standard routing and switching protocols. * Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint. * Ability to maintain and track budget/spending trends. Additional Employment Requirements * Must be able to successfully pass all preliminary employment requirements (i.e., background check and drug screen). * Must be able to travel up to 75%. * Must have a valid driver's license.
