## About the Role

Do you have experience in Telecommunications blueprint interpretation?, * Minimum of 1+ years of hands-on experience in structured cabling, telecommunications, or data center environments

 * Proven experience installing Cat5e, Cat6, and fiber optic cabling systems
 * Familiarity with LC and MPO fiber connectors
 * Experience working in active data centers or mission-critical environments preferred
 * Ability to read blueprints and follow installation standards
 * BICSI, OSHA 10/30, Lift, or manufacturer certifications are a plus
 * Must have basic hand tools and required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, high-visibility vest, steel-toe boots)
 * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
 * Reliable transportation to and from the job site

## Description

* Pull, terminate, dress, and label CAT5e/CAT6 cable in data center and commercial environments
 * Work with both LC and MPO fiber connectors to support high-performance network infrastructure
 * Dress, route, and organize cabling using industry-standard wire management practices, including cable trays, ladder racks, and J-hooks
 * Rack and stack network switches, servers, and other IT hardware
 * Accurately label cables, hardware, and pathways to maintain proper documentation and organization
 * Read and interpret network diagrams, floor plans, blueprints, and project specifications
 * Perform cable testing and verification as required
