In this role, you'll work closely with business leaders, actuaries, data scientists, and data engineers to develop reporting and visualization solutions that help drive informed decision-making across the organization. You'll combine technical expertise with business understanding to create dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions that turn complex data into meaningful insights. From identifying reporting needs to delivering polished BI solutions, you'll play a key role in helping leaders understand performance, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of business challenges while contributing to the continued growth and maturity of Hastings' enterprise analytics capabilities. Schedule & Location: This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We strongly prefer candidates who can work a hybrid schedule from our Hastings, Michigan headquarters to support collaboration and partnership across the organization. Consideration may be given to a fully remote work arrangement for highly qualified candidates, however they must reside in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, or Wisconsin.
