This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with standard office equipment., * High School or equivalent required. * Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or administrative role. * Proficient with office equipment, including computers, printers, copiers and fax machines. * Strong organizational and administrative skills. * Excellent verbal communication and a friendly, professional telephone manner. Competencies * Customer Focused: Ability to create positive interactions and ensure customer satisfaction. * Problem Solving: Capable of assessing and troubleshooting equipment issues through remote assistance and coordination with manufacturers. * Detail Oriented: Accurately process paperwork, handle sensitive information, and maintain thorough records. * Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team, coordinating with technicians and other staff to fulfill customer needs. * Adaptability: Flexible to manage multiple tasks and adjust to changing priorities. Physical Requirements * Work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment. * Frequent sitting and computer work, occasional lifting up to 20 pounds, and occasional movement to access all facility areas. * Clear vision, hearing, and speech are necessary for phone interactions and computer support tasks. ## Description * Answer incoming customer calls, schedule repair and delivery appointments, and coordinate technician availability to meet customer needs. * Greet customers entering the store, manage customer flow, and provide prompt service.
