Able to take loosely defined problems, bring structure, and drive to resolution without needing constant direction ## Description We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive execution across critical, cross-functional platform and technology initiatives. This role is technical in nature, with a focus on systems, platforms, and IT coordination rather than software development or engineering. You will partner closely with the Director to bring structure, visibility, and momentum to key programs, ensuring work is clearly prioritized, tracked, and delivered on time. This role requires strong ownership, a bias toward action, and the ability to solve problems in real time as they arise. It is not responsible for system design or development, but for ensuring systems and platforms are successfully delivered and adopted across the business. You will play a central role in executing large-scale system, platform, and process optimization initiatives, working closely with Technology, Platform, and IT Operations teams. This role sits at the intersection of business execution and system enablement.
