Who You Are: * 10+ years of experience in front-end web development * Deep expertise in HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue * Proven experience supporting large-scale website migrations, consolidations, and front-end modernization initiatives * Strong experience translating Figma designs and design systems into reusable front-end components and scalable page architectures * Experience building modular component libraries and scalable front-end systems * Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, technical SEO, and web performance optimization * Experience working within modern development workflows including Git, CI/CD, and component-based architectures * Passionate about leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows to improve development speed, quality, and scalability * Able to work quickly and independently while maintaining a high standard for quality and maintainability * Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously, * Experience working with content management systems and web platforms including Contentful, Webflow, HubSpot, WordPress, and Wix * Experience working with Figma, design systems, and developer handoff workflows to translate designs into scalable, reusable front-end experiences * Experience working in high-growth B2B SaaS, AI, cloud, or infrastructure environments * Familiarity with headless CMS architectures and composable web platforms * Experience integrating analytics, personalization, experimentation, or marketing automation platforms * Understanding of modern SEO/AEO and conversion optimization best practices * Experience contributing to scalable documentation and development standards Wondering if you're a good fit?
