As part of the Aetna Technology organization, this role supports and builds clinical and interoperability products that power our next-generation platform. You will work with cutting-edge applications, facilitate design discussions between architects and developers, optimize performance, and ensure high code quality through testing and reviews. Active engagement in Agile practices, continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing is essential.
