## About the Role

Do you have experience in Vendor coordination?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Ideal candidates bring at least five years of fundraising or advancement experience, including donor data, gift processing, reporting, and direct mail, plus at least three years administering a donor CRM. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills are essential, along with discretion, sound judgment, vendor coordination experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Raiser's Edge experience is strongly preferred.

## Description

The Database Administrator is a critical fundraising operations role responsible for managing SPLF's donor database, gift processing, reporting, and data integrity. Reporting to the Director of Annual Giving & Stewardship, this position partners with development, finance, and leadership to provide accurate data, donor insights, segmentation, reconciliation, and systems support that drive fundraising performance and revenue growth.
