This role serves as a strategic partner to HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders, ensuring HR systems, reporting, and data solutions effectively support business objectives and the employee experience. The Manager, HRIS & Analytics will drive system enhancements, workforce analytics initiatives, data governance practices, and continuous process improvements while helping the organization leverage technology and data to make informed decisions.
