## About the Role

Do you have experience in Time management?, * Desktop, field, or end-user IT support experience

 * Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting and support for desktop and laptop environments
 * Working knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11
 * Experience with Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration, upgrade, deployment, and refresh projects
 * Experience imaging, upgrading, deploying, and replacing PCs
 * Basic understanding of Active Directory and domain-joined machines
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively support and interact with end users, technical teams, and business stakeholders
 * Strong customer service skills and a professional, user-focused approach
 * Comfortable working in office, manufacturing, Fab, or OT environments
 * Strong documentation, organization, and time management skills
 * Ability to follow standards, procedures, and repeatable processes

## Description

* Clean and organize IT workspaces and storage areas
 * Document IT assets and workstation inventories
 * Perform Windows 11 upgrades on office machines
 * Image and replace end-of-life office workstations
 * Document all machines in Fab and OT environments
 * Rejoin Fab and OT machines to the domain
 * Upgrade Fab and OT workstations to Windows 11
 * Image and replace machines in Fab and OT spaces
 * Assist with standardizing workstation configurations to ensure consistent user experience
 * Help reduce user issues caused by inconsistent OS, browser, and application setups
 * Support identification of required websites and URLs used in Fab environments
 * Coordinate with IT, engineers, and technicians to support approved access needs
