Your day-to-day involves a deep dive into technical execution: you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of design reviews, submittals, and RFIs. You are responsible for ensuring "upstream product excellence" by coordinating engineering changes through CCBs, EBS, and Engineering Bulletins (EBs) to keep the global product line consistent. A significant portion of your time will be spent in technical meetings scheduling, chairing, and documenting action items to ensure the engineering teams stay in lockstep. You will also handle the critical task of documentation closeout, ensuring all project metadata and indexing are accurate within systems like AODocs and DCIP. By managing these complex, contract and design coordination tasks, you enable senior engineers to focus on high-level strategy.
