KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: * Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising technical staff in data analytics and IT support roles, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting. * Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI) and a solid understanding of data visualization and reporting best practices. * Familiarity with pharmacy systems and technologies, such as electronic health records (EHR), pharmacy management systems, automated dispensing systems, and inventory management tools. * Knowledge of pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing workflows, inventory management, and regulatory compliance requirements. * Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical pharmacy staff and leadership. * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced healthcare environment. * Knowledge of data governance, data security, and compliance standards, particularly as they relate to HIPAA and patient privacy. * Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira, Trello) is a plus. ## Description The Manager of Pharmacy Analytics and System Support is responsible for leading a team of data analysts and first-line systems support staff within the pharmacy department.
