We are a premier branded retailer for Boost Mobile. We have 3 stores in Tucson, AZ and growing. We are a highly motivated and ambitious team. We are looking for bilingual full-time Supervisor position for our 3 Tucson locations. An ideal Supervisor candidate would possess the necessary qualifications below and also have an outgoing personality with ability to drive sales with our amazing team., Passion to sell High-performance Leadership Ability and Experience Solid Communication Skills Team Building Focus Goal and Quota Oriented Responsible, reliable, and punctual Ambitious and self-motivated Takes initiative Requirements: 4 Years of Sales Experience 4 Years of Supervisory Experience in sales. Computer skills necessary (Word, Internet Explorer, etc.). Basic money handling skills Works well independently, but also a team player. Wireless retail sales experience a plus. Applicants must be bilingual - English and Spanish. Full-time position / part time for the correct candidate., * We often travel between our 3 stores in Tucson, AZ and we often go in early, travel between stores and may even stay til after 8-830pm. Do you have reliable transportation that can meet this expectation? * We have many aggressive sales goals and we hire individuals that have a love for sales environments; do you have any issues with high-expectation sales environments? * Our Team more commonly works by themselves in our stores. We expect a high level of autonomy, personal responsibility and ability to be by yourself without feelings of anxiety or having to be micro-managed to perform. Would you have any issues with this? * What would be your biggest contribution to our team? * Describe your experience in sales supervision. * As a Supervisor you stay busy most of the day and it is mostly spent multi-tasking between running your own store, helping our Team with sales and company initiatives, running Meetings/Huddles, meeting your own numbers and working through the many other aspects of our business. Manage, post and drive Sales in Social Media as part of your duties both on your personal (work related) account and our business accounts. Meet sales quotas individually and for the stores. Provide exceptional customer service and train team members to do so. Help polish sales skills.
