 * Identify and resolve impediments impacting the team
 * Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement
 * Provide visibility through metrics such as velocity and burndown charts
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
 * Ensure alignment with organizational governance and compliance standards
