The role focuses on delivering scalable, resilient, and high-performance platforms that enable rapid product launches and seamless end-to-end customer experiences. Operating within a DevOps model, the engineer ensures production reliability through automation, observability, and continuous delivery, driving the modernization of CRM/OM capabilities on cloud-native platforms and supporting operational excellence.
