## About the Role

Do you have experience in Typing?, * Available full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour break

 * Authorization to work in the US
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
 * Basic computer knowledge and interest in computer hardware
 * Willingness to learn computer assembly/disassembly, data storage devices, and basic soldering
 * Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
 * Good typing speed
 * Minimum 6 months of office, receptionist, computer assistant, or similar experience preferred
 * Strong time management skills and ability to follow instructions

## Description

* Receive, register, label, and organize incoming packages and devices
 * Prepare packages for pick-up and shipment
 * Register client cases and greet clients at the office
 * Connect and disconnect hard drives, SSDs, laptops, desktops, and other data storage devices
 * Assist with assembling and disassembling computers and data storage devices
 * Learn to identify basic computer parts, cables, adapters, and internal components
 * Assist the technical team with simple hardware preparation tasks
 * Learn basic soldering and other hands-on technical skills
 * Organize spare parts, tools, office supplies, and common areas
 * Keep the workspace clean and organized
 * Communicate with team members and support daily operations
 * Complete other duties as assigned
