This position will assist with data entry, record management, reporting, user support, and administrative tasks to help ensure the accuracy and efficiency of business operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with computer systems, enjoys working with data, and has strong organizational and communication skills. Prior ERP experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided., * High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred. * 1-3 years of administrative, clerical, data entry, or office support experience. * Experience with ERP systems, databases, or business software preferred. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Ability to handle confidential information professionally. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities., * Experience in manufacturing, distribution, inventory control, or purchasing environments. * Familiarity with ERP platforms such as Epicor, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems. * Experience creating reports and analyzing data. These responsibilities are commonly associated with ERP support and administration roles.
