The ideal candidate will have extensive experience translating Federal IT cybersecurity and privacy requirements into secure, compliant, and scalable Microsoft 365 configurations. This role requires deep expertise in Microsoft security, compliance, identity management, and DevSecOps best practices, along with strong troubleshooting and technical leadership capabilities., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Minimum 8+ years of experience implementing and managing Microsoft 365 security and compliance solutions. * Proven experience translating Federal IT cybersecurity and privacy regulations into technical controls and configurations. * Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 security architectures. * Experience supporting highly regulated government or enterprise environments. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. * Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor team members.
