## About the Role

* 2-5 years of product ownership or management experience in technology platforms

 * Hands-on experience with agile software development for complex, multi-tiered systems

 * Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, APIs, and distributed systems

 * Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code

 * Excellent communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders

Desired Qualifications

 * Experience in financial services, preferably Private Banking or Wealth Management

 * Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance requirements in regulated environments

 * Exposure to modern programming languages and frameworks (Java, Python, Angular, React)

 * Understanding of UI/UX principles for client-facing platforms

 * Ability to translate business strategy into technical execution

Education & Certifications

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline required

 * Certifications in Agile Product Ownership or Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure) preferred

## Description

* Own platform vision and roadmap by defining and maintaining strategy aligned with Private Banking and Wealth objectives

 * Drive product discovery by partnering with Architecture, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams to validate concepts, shape features, and groom the master backlog

 * Prioritize for impact by balancing stakeholder needs with technical feasibility to meet regulatory, security, and performance requirements

 * Champion modern practices such as cloud-native architectures, API-first design, and microservices to enable agility and scalability

 * Define success metrics by establishing clear acceptance criteria and KPIs for platform features and user journeys

 * Ensure governance and compliance with enterprise standards and regulatory frameworks for financial services
