## About the Role

Do you have experience in Virtualization tools?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, We are seeking an experienced IT professional with strong systems, analytical, programming, technical, and project management skills who can collaborate with campus departments, vendors, and IT teams to support and improve enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, and related applications. Experience with higher education systems such as Ellucian Banner or Slate CRM is preferred., * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field

 * Five years of progressive IT experience
 * Experience with Oracle, MSSQL, and enterprise programming technologies
 * Experience with Server infrastructure and virtualization
 * Experience with Cloud technologies such as Microsoft 365, Entra, and Azure
 * Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree preferred

Some after-hours support and occasional travel may be required.
