In this position, you will actively work with both internal and external resources to design scalable workflows, manage integrations, and optimize system performance to drive operational efficiency. This role requires a fast-paced work ethic to meet key deadlines and deliver consistent results. Responsibilities + System Administration: Own the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and security of the NetSuite environment, including user roles, permissions, and custom record types. + Automation & Customization: Build and maintain complex saved searches, custom reports, KPI dashboards, and automated workflows (SuiteFlow) to eliminate manual processes. + Integration Management: Oversee data flow and troubleshoot third-party application connections (e.g., Site-Tracker, ADP, Rillion, etc). + Stakeholder Partnership: Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions for various departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service). + Release Management: Execute and test NetSuite bi-annual updates, system enhancements, and patch management. + Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) resolving internal support tickets and performing root-cause analysis. + Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation on system configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOX, compliance controls, etc.), A note to Recruiting Agencies Cypress Creek Energy Human Resources team does not accept unsolicited resumes from third party recruiters, staffing firms, or related agencies.
