## About the Role

Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school or General Education Degree (GED) required.

 * One to two years related experience preferred.
 * Knowledge of personal computers and PC application and development software required.
 * Good oral and written communications skills.
 * Must have the ability to communicate and organize projects among a broad spectrum of personnel, frequently under deadline pressure., * Are you willing to undergo a background check in accordance to local laws and regulations?
 * Do you have at least one year of related work experience?
 * Do you have experience using personal computers and common PC software applications?

Education:

 * High school or equivalent (Required)

## Description

* Receives and resolves complaints regarding hardware, software and/or services.
 * Assists with in-house application related issues.
 * Escalates issues to senior help desk team members per MSA issue escalation standards and troubleshooting techniques.
 * Utilizes in-house Work Order system to record work performed and track issue resolutions.
 * Understands PHI and HIPAA guidelines and works with all team members to ensure compliance. Reports any concerns or issues to the IT Security Team.
 * Performs additional IT related duties as assigned by Helpdesk Manager.
 * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
