Preferred Experience: * Scrum or Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe, ICP-ACC). * Experience in multi-team or scaled environments with complex dependencies. * Background in metrics-driven improvement (e.g., cycle time, throughput, predictability). * Familiarity with product discovery practices and acceptance test-driven approaches. * Experience working in startup or fast-moving product environments. * Experience with AI-assisted workflows or developer tooling. * Experience working on government-focused projects. ITAR: U.S. Citizen or Green Card Required, Placement at the appropriate job level (entry, senior, etc) will be determined by a combination of years of experience, demonstration of proficiency in this field, and other qualifications. ## Description * We're seeking a proactive Scrum Master / Delivery Lead to serve as an impartial facilitator and Agile coach for our software development teams, product organization, and other key stakeholders. In this role, you'll hold teams accountable and foster collaboration, alignment, and transparency, while helping teams deliver high-quality products through predictable delivery and release milestones.
