 * Experience developing self-paced eLearning modules.
 * Ability to work effectively across teams and with subject matter experts.
 * Understanding of adult learning principles and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

## Description

* Develop and design online training courses utilizing Articulate Storyline 360 and internal tools.
 * Collaborate with SMEs and Learning Partners to convert content into effective eLearning solutions.
 * Create and update microlearning assets aligned with evolving training strategies.
 * Manage the content development lifecycle, including storyboarding, reviews, quality checks, and releases.
 * Upload and oversee content within LCMS and LMS platforms, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards.
