Preferred Qualifications * SAP Concur Advanced Configuration Certification preferred. * Experience managing SaaS applications and enterprise system integrations. * Project management experience or certifications (e.g., Agile, PMP) preferred. * Experience with reporting, analytics, and compliance monitoring tools. Skills & Competencies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities. * Strong communication and change management capabilities. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment. * Detail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement. * Knowledge of financial controls, compliance requirements, and expense management best practices. ## Description The individual will partner cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting Operations, IT&D, HR, Compliance, Procurement/Sourcing, and external vendors to support ongoing system enhancements, business process optimization, reporting, and global scalability initiatives. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills to successfully balance evolving business needs with system capabilities in a fast-growing global environment. The role may expand to include ownership of the corporate credit card program and related vendor relationships.
