While the role is formally housed within the Data Governance team to ensure adherence to enterprise data standards, security, and quality practices, the position will be 100% dedicated to supporting the Research, Evaluation, and Analytics (REA) department. This role will design, build, and optimize ELT pipelines and enable high-quality, well-governed analytic datasets to support research, evaluation, reporting, and decision-making across the organization. This position plays a critical role in modernizing the organization's data infrastructure while ensuring data quality, trust, and usability for research and analytics. The work directly supports evidence-based decision-making by enabling timely access to reliable, well-structured data.
