* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
 * 8+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry
 * Deep expertise in semiconductor reliability physics and intrinsic/extrinsic failure mechanisms
 * Experience owning product qualification plans for advanced memory or logic devices
 * Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and technical communication skills, * Experience engaging directly with customers on reliability and application requirements
 * Hands-on expertise with EFA, PFA, and circuit-level root cause analysis
 * Proficiency with statistical analysis and scripting tools such as Python or JMP
 * Experience influencing manufacturing test flows and process change decisions
 * Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to Micron sites

## Description

* Act as the reliability architect for next-generation HBM products, anticipating and mitigating future reliability risks
 * Define and own customer-informed reliability qualification plans in partnership with Global Quality
 * Drive intrinsic and extrinsic reliability improvements through optimized test flows and stress strategies
 * Lead resolution of qualification and RMA reliability issues through multi-functional root cause analysis
 * Provide data-driven reliability guidance to fab and assembly teams to improve yield, quality, and cost
