Do you have experience in Windows support?, * 5+ years of experience as a Windows System Administrator or similar role

 * In-depth knowledge of Windows Server / Desktop Operating Systems
 * Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS
 * Experience with Windows deployment tools such as SCCM or MSDTF
 * Coalition Wide Area Network (CWAN) experience
 * Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery procedures
 * Experience managing enterprise email systems (Exchange, Outlook)
 * JWICS experience
 * Familiarity with security best practices (e.g. firewalls, antivirus software), * Experience installing, configuring, and supporting the Linux operating system
 * Knowledge of PowerShell / Python / Bash scripting and automation
 * Certification in Microsoft MCSA or MCSE and other industry certifications
 * Familiarity with security best practices (e.g. firewalls, antivirus software)
 * Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM)
 * Proficiency in SQL Server administration
 * Experience with IT service management frameworks (e.g. ServiceNow), * Windows Systems administration: 5 years (Preferred)
 * Linux systems administration : 2 years (Preferred)
 * JWICS: 3 years (Preferred)
 * Active Directory: 5 years (Preferred)
 * scripting (Pythons, PowerShell, Bash): 3 years (Preferred)
 * CWAN: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

 * CI Polygraph Security Clearance (Preferred)

## Description

* Serve as a Windows System Administrator
 * Support engineers responsible for leveraging next-generation infrastructure
 * Design, implement, and maintain our systems, networks, and applications
 * Provide technical support and assistance to users via phone, email, and in-person
 * Monitor system performance, identify and resolve issues, and optimize system resources
 * Develop and maintain documentation for system administration tasks and procedures
 * Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of systems
