## About the Role

Do you have experience in Utilizing background check services?, We are seeking a detail oriented and highly organized Recruiting Specialist to support our talent acquisition team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a smooth and compliant hiring processes and providing administrative support to recruiters.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Bi-Lingual Spanish preferred, not required, * 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles

 * Knowledge of I-9 compliance and E-Verify processes preferred
 * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
 * Excellent organizational and time management skills
 * Effective written and verbal communication skills
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
 * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
 * Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred
 * Customer service mindset with a focus on candidate experience

## Description

* Process and complete employment eligibility verification (I-9s) in compliance with federal regulations
 * Manage and submit E-Verify cases accurately and in a timely manner
 * Coordinate and process background checks and pre-employment screenings
 * Review and screen applications for completeness and accuracy
 * Schedule candidate interviews and assist with coordination between candidates and recruiters
 * Provide ongoing administrative support to the recruiting team
 * Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
 * Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in internal systems
 * Assist with onboarding processes and ensure all required documentation is completed
 * Support additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned
