Experience with ERP, HRIS, Workday, or similar enterprise systems is preferred but not required., * Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role. * Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements. * Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional documentation. * Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. * Proficiency with Jira and related project management tools. * Experience facilitating meetings and managing stakeholder communications. * Experience supporting UAT, testing, and solution validation activities. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and proactively drive initiatives forward., * Experience supporting ERP, HRIS, Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, UKG, or similar enterprise platforms. * Experience working with HR, Finance, or enterprise business functions. * Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile experience. * Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives. What Success Looks Like * Clearly documented requirements and user stories. * Healthy and prioritized Jira backlog. * Effective coordination across business and technical teams. * Successful execution of Agile delivery processes. * Well-managed UAT and testing activities. * Strong stakeholder engagement and project accountability. ## Description Our client is seeking a Senior Agile Business Analyst to support enterprise technology initiatives across IT, HR, and Finance.
