Employee must maintain a constant state of mental alertness at all times. ## Description * Specify and provide hardware and software solutions for technical operations and testing for the U.S. Coast Guard. * Develop custom hardware and software products with technical documentation for distributed and networked research. * Works on data acquisition systems using configuration managed software code base. * Assist staff with software and hardware requirements specification and implementation estimates. * Technical support on windows systems, mobile devices, printers/scanners, TVs, monitors for users. * Supply monitors, and computer key accessories for users. * Configure and troubleshoot network components and maintain connectivity. * Create and configure accounts for new or existing end users. * Assist in purchasing and improving IT hardware for business. * Ensure proper documentation ensuring accurate and reliable records. * Samsara administration, with users accounts and Wex cards. * Perform other duties as assigned., The employees will need to move around to attend meetings, access shared resources, and collaborate with team members.
