## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Technical user customer support?, · Familiarity with Windows installation procedures, file locations, registry properties

· Networking familiarity at the desktop level

· Desktop systems and application end user support (Windows 10, 11)

· Ability to demonstrate strong written and verbal communications skills

· Ability to lift 30 pounds

· Occasional local travel required, so a license and transportation is required, * Microsoft Windows Server: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

· You'll be providing customer technical support for hardware and software products

· You'll work in a fast-paced help desk setting, crushing tickets and making happy customers

· You will configure and deploy Windows computers, setting up user profiles and applications
