## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Productivity software?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma plus two-year college degree or High School diploma and 5 years' experience in a business office .

 * Strong PC skills with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Product, and the ability to learn MRC specific software .
 * Outstanding verbal/written communication skills and ability to provide high level support.
 * Demonstrate excellent customer service.
 * 50% travel required .

Additional Qualification s

 * Must have the ability to provide documentation verifying legal work status .
 * Must have a current, valid driver's license and acceptable record at all times.
 * Ability to read and speak the English language proficiently in order to communicate with others, understand and interpret safety instructions, and to respond to inquiries .
 * Ability to understand and comply with MRC guidelines and expectations, to include Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest guidelines.

## Description

Provides analytical and project support for Integrated Supply and Implementation processes.

Responsibilities

Individual must be able to perform the essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation .

 * Manage and coordinate all aspects of customer implementation projects .
 * Analyze key customer metrics for improvement opportunities.
 * Assist Implementation Team members with completion of Site Assessment reports and analysis.
 * Provide monthly progress reports for all key Implementation activities.
 * Follow up on project task assignments to ensure that activities are completed on time .
 * Monitor performance of project post-implementation.
 * Perform other duties and/or projects assigned .
 * Take reasonable care for the safety and health of yourself and others.
 * Report workplace hazards, injuries, or illness immediately .
