Leadership & Communication * Experience leading architecture reviews involving engineering teams, business leaders, and executive stakeholders. * Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language. * Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and mentoring skills. * Comfortable balancing innovation with enterprise standards and external constraints.
