## Description

We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Product Designer to help shape intuitive, visually engaging digital experiences for enterprise technology products. This role sits within a collaborative product delivery environment and works closely with product owners, engineers, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver modern, user-centered design solutions.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving real user problems, influencing product direction, and elevating design maturity across teams.
What You'll Do

 * Lead user research efforts to understand behaviors, needs, and pain points (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
 * Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate concepts clearly
 * Design clean, intuitive, and responsive interfaces aligned with accessibility and usability standards
 * Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and QA to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals
 * Plan and execute usability testing, iterate designs based on feedback and insights
 * Contribute to and help maintain design systems, UI patterns, and style guidelines
