## About the Role

Do you have experience in SharePoint?, * 5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online and Power Automate development.

 * 5+ years delivering enterprise-level SharePoint migration projects.
 * Experience completing at least three SharePoint on-prem (2013/2016/2019) migration projects within the last five years.
 * Hands-on experience with SharePoint migration tools and migration methodologies.
 * Proven experience migrating SharePoint Designer 2013 workflows to Power Automate.

## Description

* Lead the migration of SharePoint 2016 content to SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365) and OpenText Documentum D2, including planning, execution, validation, and governance alignment.
 * Partner with business units to review existing content, determine retention/disposition strategies, and document migration, archive, or deletion decisions.
 * Analyze, redesign, and migrate legacy SharePoint 2013 workflows to Power Automate, including testing, documentation, and user acceptance testing.
 * Develop new Power Automate workflows based on business requirements and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
 * Execute comprehensive migration validation, quality assurance, reconciliation, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
