## Description

The Workday Report Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Workday reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions that support operational, strategic, compliance, and executive reporting requirements. This role collaborates closely with business stakeholders to transform data into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making., * Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.

 * Gather and analyze reporting requirements from business stakeholders.
 * Develop advanced custom reports using Workday reporting tools.
 * Create and maintain calculated fields, report prompts, filters, and data transformations.
 * Develop dashboards and analytics solutions to support operational and executive reporting needs.
 * Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities.
 * Optimize report performance and usability.
 * Support regulatory, compliance, financial, HR, payroll, and operational reporting requirements.
 * Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide user support.
 * Create technical and functional documentation for reporting solutions.
 * Assist with data governance and reporting best practices.
