Physical Requirements: * Perform work while seated, standing, walking, or moving between locations for extended periods. * Use computers and related technology, read electronic and printed materials, and observe details at close range. * Communicate clearly in person, by phone, and electronically. * Occasionally move or transport light objects. ## Description Job Summary: The Security Operations Center (SOC) Coordinator is an on-site role based at SafeTouch Security's Jacksonville corporate office, responsible for supporting life safety, alarm monitoring, virtual security services, emergency response coordination, gated community access, and customer support operations. Working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, this role monitors alarm and video surveillance systems, manages security interactions, verifies incidents, and coordinates with customers and emergency services as needed.
