The next chapter of Spoiler Alert is defined by how well we turn our marketplace data into better outcomes for our suppliers and buyers, resulting in platform value and analytics that compounds with every transaction. This is a hands-on, cross-functional leadership role for someone who has done this work before in the CPG-retail world and built data teams that drive business outcomes. You'll own the customer-facing analytics that make our platform more valuable, the insights that show us how to make the marketplace more valuable to suppliers and buyers, and the team behind both. You'll partner closely with Product on what we build, Operations on how we advise our customers, and GTM on how we effectively bring our category and aggregated insights to the market. You will be expected to bring an expert, outside-in point of view on where CPG and retail data practices are headed. You'll lead a small team of analysts and have the opportunity to grow the team to match the ambition of the role.
