## About the Role

Do you have experience in Traditional material testing?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Experience or aptitude in chemical testing techniques and laboratory instrumentation

 * Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related scientific/engineering field
 * Strong computer skills with data entry and analytical reporting experience

Desired Qualifications:

 * Experience in IATF 16949 manufacturing environments
 * Background in chemical testing methods and materials characterization (preferred rare earth materials experience)

## Description

* Operate laboratory analytical equipment including ICP, LECO, XRF, XRD, SEM, optical microscopes, dimensional analysis, and magnetometry
 * Review, document, and record analytical results in LIMS/database systems
 * Support development, validation, and rollout of testing methods under the Technology team
 * Maintain, troubleshoot, and support laboratory instrumentation
 * Assist with chemical inventory tracking and management
 * Perform routine lab housekeeping and inspections
 * Conduct statistical quality analysis (SQC) on production and test data
 * Participate in Gage R&R and measurement system studies
 * Support Kaizen events, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement programs
 * Follow all laboratory safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
 * Participate in Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR)
