This role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other network-connected devices. The position requires efficient problem-solving, excellent customer service, and collaboration with both internal staff and external partners. This role plays a key part in ensuring that all IT-related systems run efficiently, supporting clinic operations and patient care delivery.
