Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. ## Description Responsible for supporting servers, current hardware, storage, virtual infrastructures with VMs, new hardware, and resources. Responsible for day-to-day operations, creating/deleting VMs, security updates, troubleshooting, resolving issues, managing tickets (Jira). Familiar with automation tools and building of workflows.
