Vendor Management * Experience managing technology vendors, consultants, and implementation partners. ## Description We are seeking a hands-on Digital & IT Team Lead who will actively contribute to project execution while leading a cross-functional team. This role provides both technical and functional support for critical business applications, including ERP and BI systems, and serves as a key liaison between manufacturing operations and technology teams. This position offers a unique blend of leadership, project management, technical delivery, and end-user support., ERP Subject Matter Expert & Business Partner * Serve as the primary ERP Subject Matter Expert (SME) across multiple business functions. * Translate manufacturing and operational needs into scalable technical solutions and business requirements. * Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements. Project Portfolio Management * Manage project intake and prioritization processes. * Balance resources and project demands to ensure alignment with business objectives. * Act as the central point of coordination for Digital and IT initiatives. Hands-On Project Delivery * Lead and execute complex Digital and IT projects from planning through implementation. * Provide direct functional and technical support to ensure successful project outcomes. * Drive projects to completion on time and within budget. Team Leadership & Development * Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business analysts and technical specialists. * Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture. * Support employee growth through coaching and professional development.
