## About the Role

Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

 * 1-3 years of experience in IT support or help desk role
 * Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems (Mac experience a plus)
 * Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts
 * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
 * Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

 * IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, etc.)
 * Experience with ticketing systems and IT documentation
 * Exposure to cybersecurity best practices
 * Experience supporting ERP, CAD, or manufacturing software (if applicable)

 * Problem-solving and troubleshooting
 * Time management and prioritization
 * Attention to detail and documentation
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 * Professional and service-oriented demeanor, * Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

 * IT support: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

 * CompTIA A+ (Preferred)
 * CompTIA Network+ (Preferred)

## Description

* Provide day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
 * Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and updates
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
 * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory, email, and business systems
 * Set up new employees' equipment and assist with offboarding IT access
 * Maintain IT inventory, asset tracking, and documentation
 * Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff or vendors as needed
 * Assist with routine system maintenance, backups, and security practices
 * Support basic cybersecurity measures (patching, antivirus, MFA support)
 * Provide clear communication and customer-focused support to end users
