## Description

The Department of Motor Vehicles requires assistance with their System Modernization/Transformation that involves .NET and Cold Fusion development.
Duties

 * Remediate and enhance ColdFusion or .NET applications to ensure they adhere to WCAG 2.2 AA web accessibility standard.
 * Perform development task within .NET component or services and other necessary web development activities as required during the DMV Transformation program.
 * Perform analysis of existing application and make coding changes necessary for completion of required tasks.
 * Develop detailed unit and system test plans.
 * Business rules.
 * Creation of functional specifications.
 * System analysis and design.
 * Design of web forms and reusable/shared web components.
 * creation of business logic components and methods.
 * Transaction logging.
 * Implementation of function and role-based access level security.
 * Project planning and documentation relative to the business rules remediating any bugs or problems found in testing.
 * Creation of a comprehensive help document for users as a reference and training guide development of post.
 * Production support plans.
