Do you have experience in Treasury operations?, * 3+ years experience in client-facing solution consulting and/or software implementations, specifically in ERP or SaaS

 * Consultative Mindset: experience in roles where you don't just take orders; you ask "why," challenge the status quo, and lead clients toward better outcomes
 * Technical Aptitude: experience navigating complex software ecosystems and understanding how data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs
 * Communication Skills: experience translating "tech-speak" into "CFO-speak," making complex financial concepts accessible and compelling
 * Treasury Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting
 * Financial Fluency: Previous experience working with Corporate Treasury, Accounting, and/or Finance - comfortable discussing cash flow, debt, and financial risk

## Description

* Discovery & Strategy: Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements
 * Solution Architecture: Design and document the "To-Be" state, determining the optimal configuration of Ripple Treasury's suite to meet specific client goals
 * Trusted Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through treasury best practices and helping them modernize legacy processes
 * Implementation & Configuration: Take a hands-on approach to configuring the platform, ensuring the technical setup aligns perfectly with the strategic vision
 * Enablement & Training: Facilitate high-impact training sessions that empower users and ensure the client realizes the maximum ROI from our solutions
 * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to provide client feedback and influence the future of our product roadmap, * The opportunity to build in a fast-paced start-up environment with experienced industry leaders
