Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a directly related technical field is preferred. 6 months of experience in Computer/Information Technology or a directly related field preferably providing computer hardware and/or software support is required. 6 months working knowledge of computer systems and components, operating systems, and applications software. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite applications. Knowledge of hardware and software lifecycle management. Valid U.S. Driver's License or RealID is required. Preferred Skills: One or more of the following Certifications: Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM) Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional (CHAMP) Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM). Demonstrated logistics and/or warehouse systems experience. Familiarity with procurement and/or asset ordering systems. ## Description Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Computer Hardware and Software Support in the End User Asset Management organization within the IT Department at the facility and directly supports the IT Asset Management Specialist. The team is responsible for coordination activities related to the acquisition of all computer hardware, software, and peripherals in the Office Automation asset plan. This assignment requires a candidate to have a strong working knowledge of computer systems and components as well as operating systems and applications software.
