## Description

Summary: The Data Center Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the computer operations within the data center. This role involves managing the day-to-day assignments of staff, ensuring the performance of production systems, and maintaining system availability. The supervisor will also prepare performance metrics and collaborate with IT groups to meet service objectives., * Supervise computer operations within the data center.

 * Assign daily tasks to staff and monitor their work performance.
 * Manage daily activities to resolve problems and address change management issues.
 * Ensure production systems meet online response time requirements.
 * Maintain system availability and prepare metrics for systems performance evaluation.
 * Collaborate with IT groups and users to ensure service objectives are met.
 * Mentor and manage technical staff.
