The candidate must possess hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, Guidewire Cloud, GOSU, integrations, and policy administration processes for Personal Lines and/or Commercial Lines insurance., * ACE Certified in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration. * 10+ years of overall IT experience. * Minimum 2 full lifecycle Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations. * Experience implementing Guidewire PolicyCenter for Tier-1 US Insurance carriers. * Hands-on experience with: * Guidewire PolicyCenter V10+ * SaaS Implementation * On-Premise to SaaS Migration * Strong Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain expertise. ## Description Solution Design & Technical Leadership * Lead the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions. * Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams. * Define solution architecture aligned with Guidewire best practices. * Review technical designs, code quality, and implementation standards.
